Videography Questions

All videos can be found here. Other then that, if you do not see your video here, there is a high possibility that we either, were not the videographer that shot your video, or the videographer may have taken a photo of you, and you may have confused it for a video.

Video is shoot almost nightly, however the video are posted at random. For promo videos we usually post about 1 week to 1 month later, and for disney college program videos its usually at the end of a program or end of the year.

Yes we post videos on Instagram, Youtube, Vimeo, and Facebook, but it is at random selection and you may or may not find the video you are looking for on these social sites.

Unfortunately due to the large amount of time it takes to produce a video, we do not delete scenes from a finalized video. However for extreme circumstances we can try to make an exception. We shoot video of guests for reasons of venue promotions, and more importantly of capturing moments to preserve your memories.

Yes if you do not like a video that was take of you, we can delete the video before it appears in the final video. However, you must notify us immediately so it can be removed before the editing process has started.

Please include the following:

  1. The Exact date and location of the video that was taken.
  2. A full description of what you were doing in the video, what you were wearing, how many people in the video, or any other info that can assist us in locating the video of your concern.

We try our best to use all the footage that we take in order to give you access to the memories we shoot, however, there are some instances where your video may not have met our quality standards and may have been deleted, or we may have had more video then needed for the final production.

Unfortunately due to the large amount of video we shoot, and the large sizes of the video files, the option to have your footage emailed to you is not currently available.

Photography Questions

All photos can be found here. If the photos are not listed there by 7am the following day, you can check our facebook. Other then that, if you do not see your photo there is a high possibility that we either, were not the photographer that took your picture, or the photographer may have taken video of you, and you may have confused it for a picture.

All photos will be posted by 7am the following day. In rare occasions it may take up to 24 hours to post, but we strive to delivering the photos in a timely manner.

Yes we post photos on Instagram and Facebook, but it is at random selection and you may or may not find the full albums on these social sites.

We never want anyone to feel uncomfortable if they do not like a photos that was posted on our site. In the event you do see a photo you do not like, please do not hesitate to let us know atsupport@wilthephotographer.com. You can also use our contact form on our customer support page to let us know.

Please include the following:

  1. A detailed description of the photo you want removed.
  2. The date and venue of  the album posted that contains the photo you want removed.
  3. The name of the photo listed in the URL. Example: (https://wilthephotographer.com/photo-directory-2016/nggallery/galleries/5-21-16-gilt-night-club#foobox-1/2/SEPL1970.jpg)
  4. And a screen shot of the photo if available.

We will do our best to remove the photo within 48 hours, but as soon as possible.

Due to the high volume of photos we take per night, the option to have us email you your free photos is not currently available. If you had a special condition to, or large amount of photos taken during a shoot and a promise to email was made, we will email your photos.

We currently do not have the ability to print the photos out in the club or venue. We will consider adding this option in the near future.

Party Bus Questions

The party bus is an affordable safe way to party. It reduces the amount of drunk drivers on the road, and allows you to enjoy the party experience at a low price for the value.

Party bus usually costs $10 to ride, but we occasionally reduce cover for promotions, or raise cover depending on the club door cover.

A $10 bus ride includes a round trip service, and usually free cover to the venue.

You do not necessarily need your passport if you have another current Government Issued ID.

You must have a Government Issued ID to enter the venues that serve alcoholic beverages.

We do understand how upsetting this may be, but alcoholic beverages are not permitted on our buses.

We usually give our guests 10 minutes after the pickup time to arrive to the bus locations. So an accurate answer to the time we leave is 10 minutes after the pickup time.

In the event that you do not receive the services you paid for we can honor a refund. You must request a refund before services are rendered.  In the event services are rendered, and we feel a refund should still be honored, we will offer compensation through the services we provide.

There is a no-refund policy for trips or ticketed events through this website. Offering refunds on these types of events can mess up a trip for another paying guest so for this reason refunds are not available at this time. Please be sure of your online purchases before making them.

We normally accept Cash Payments, but credit card payments are available at the pickup locations and online.

Our party bus line is open 24 Hours, However due to the late hours of our business, we may or may not be available to answer your call. Night Club Questions

No. You cannot bring alcohol into any venue.

The drinks are not included when you go to the venues, however on select nights we do have all you can drink packages. To find out when we offer these packages text us at 407-569-7788.

The average drink costs run any where between $3-10 per drink. However on select nights we have drink rates as low as $1 per drink. Text us at 407-569-7788 to find out the current drink specials for the night.

We leave the club as soon as the music stops. This usually happens around 2:15 -2:45. But can vary from night to night.

If we have another partnered venue near by we would be happy to get you into another venue.

We cannot offer a refund in cash once the services are rendered, however, we strive on keeping all our guests happy so we will offer compensation with the services we provide for another night that would be more appealing.

If you would like to leave early you can, but due to the amount of people in the buses that also depend on the bus for a ride home, we cannot offer transportation back to the housing until the end of the night. We cannot be responsible for your alternate means of transportation if you decided to leave early.

Beach Trip Questions

Beach Trips usually occur once per month. There are instances where we will have more trips per month depending on the beach trips we have planed for the month.

We have a beach trips that occur each month. You can attend one by purchasing a ticket in the ticket center to the trip of your choice.

Beach trips are not booked through reservations but rather ticket sales. You would just need to purchase your ticket and that would reserve your seat in the bus.

There is no dress code, however it is strongly suggested to bring warm clothing for the bus ride as it can feel somewhere around 65 degrees in the bus at times.

The itinerary for the day changes depending which beach trip you attend to. To find an accurate itinerary please check the ticket descriptions in the Ticket Center.

There is not set beach schedule that you must follow. If you would like to do your own thing at the beach you are more then welcome. We want everyone to enjoy their beach trips to the fullest, so we figured who would know how to make the day more enjoyable for you, then yourself. So our answer is no, you do not have to hang out with everyone.

Yes food and drinks are permitted in the bus. The beach trips travel time ranges from 1-8 hours depending on which one you are attending, and we want to ensure that you are comfortable and have everything you need.

The transportation is the only thing included in the trip price unless stated otherwise in the event description.

Alcohol is not permitted on any beach in the state of florida with the exception to Cocoa Beach. If you are caught with alcohol the police will pour out your liquor and give you a $50 fine.

The time the bus leaves the beach varies depending on which trip you attend. Please refer to the descriptions on the events in the Ticket Center for accurate times we leave the beach.
