Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Wil the Photographer, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
NO REFUNDS – ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
- Change of plans or inability to attend
- Missed transportation, event, or service
- Dissatisfaction with services rendered
- Event changes, venue restrictions, or weather conditions
In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill a service, a store credit may be issued at our sole discretion. This does not imply any obligation to do so.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any purchases, including:
- Transportation services
- Event tickets
- Equipment rentals
- Photography or videography services
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital downloads (e.g., event photos and videos) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. By purchasing, you waive any right to cancel or request a refund for digital products under applicable consumer laws.
TICKET TRANSFERS & RESALE
- You may transfer your ticket to another person at your own discretion.
- We do not verify or guarantee any ticket transfers.
- Resale of tickets must comply with local laws and event terms.
CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
- By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action, third-party collection efforts, and associated fees.
- We reserve the right to present check-in records, communication logs, and IP addresses as evidence in any dispute.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including:
- Missed events
- Transportation delays
- Changes in service availability
- Third-party venue or vendor issues
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, labor strikes, war, government actions, or venue shutdowns.
STORE CREDIT POLICY
Store credit, when issued, is valid for 12 months from the issue date unless otherwise noted. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AT CHECKOUT
All customers are required to agree to this Refund and Returns Policy before completing checkout. By checking the acknowledgment box and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined in this Policy.
POLICY UPDATES
Wil the Photographer, LLC reserves the right to update or revise this Policy at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
