Referral Credits Policy

Effective Date: June 2, 2025

Section 1: Purpose

Referral Credits are awarded as a promotional benefit for encouraging friends or followers to engage with our services. These credits are intended solely as a token of appreciation and do not constitute income or compensation.

Section 2: Usage

• Referral Credits may only be redeemed on wilthephotographer.com for eligible products or services, such as event tickets, rentals, and merchandise.
• Referral Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to a bank account.
• Referral Credits hold no cash value outside of this platform and are not legal tender.

Section 3: Tax Statement

Referral Credits are not considered income, wages, or compensation. They are promotional in nature and do not require issuance of IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation. Users of this program are not employees or independent contractors of Wil the Photographer, LLC.

Section 4: Expiration and Forfeiture

We reserve the right to revoke or expire Referral Credits at our discretion under the following conditions:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud or abuse of the referral system
• Account deactivation, suspension, or termination
• Changes to this policy or other program terms (notice will be provided)

Section 5: Acceptance

By participating in the Referral Credits program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy in full.

Section 6: Transfer Restrictions

Referral Credits are non-transferable. They cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or assigned to another user or account.

Section 7: Program Changes or Termination

Wil the Photographer, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Credits program at any time without prior notice. Any unused credits may be forfeited if the program is discontinued.

Section 8: Eligibility

Referral Credits are available only to users with active accounts in good standing. Abuse of the system, including self-referrals or the use of fake accounts, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any credits.

Section 9: Limitations of Liability

Wil the Photographer, LLC shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use or inability to use Referral Credits. Participation in the program is voluntary and at the user’s own risk.

Section 10: Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the Referral Credits program will be resolved in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Wil the Photographer, LLC. By participating, you agree to submit to binding arbitration or mediation in the State of Florida, as outlined in our general Terms.

Section 11: System Errors or Adjustments

In the event of a technical error, glitch, or miscalculation, Wil the Photographer, LLC reserves the right to correct account balances or revoke any Referral Credits awarded in error, with or without prior notice.

Section 12: No Guarantee of Credit Availability

Referral Credits are not guaranteed and may be limited, paused, or discontinued at any time based on availability, platform changes, or promotional adjustments.

Section 13: Misuse and Enforcement

Wil the Photographer, LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension, credit forfeiture, or legal action.
