Biometric Consent & Written Release

Facial photo search is optional. If you use it, Wil the Photographer, LLC may use Amazon Web Services, including Amazon Rekognition, to create and compare mathematical facial feature information for the purpose of finding possible photographs of you.

New-photo alerts are separate and optional. If you check the optional alert authorization below, a mathematical face vector may be retained with your account so newly uploaded Photo Store photos can be checked for possible matches. Your selfie image itself is still deleted after processing.

After the signed form is accepted and verified, Photo Store will open Face Search once. It will not run a repeating reload loop.
