Spend the day relaxing on South Beach, exploring Miami’s famous streets, taking pictures, checking out the colorful murals in Wynwood, and then heading to Fort Lauderdale for a night out at Munchies before returning to Orlando.

The best part? You get to experience it all without worrying about driving from Orlando to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and back.

WHAT YOUR TICKET INCLUDES

Important: Admission to Munchies, club cover charges, food, drinks, shopping, and personal purchases are not included in your transportation ticket.

PICKUP & DEPARTURE

We leave Orlando early in the morning so we can get as much time in South Florida as possible.

Pickup is normally around:

• Flamingo West – 7-Eleven: Approximately 4:00 AM
• Flamingo East – Starbucks near Domino’s: Approximately 4:30 AM

Please arrive before your scheduled pickup time.

We cannot hold the transportation for guests who arrive late.

THE DRIVE TO MIAMI

After everyone is picked up, we begin the drive south toward Miami.

During the trip, we normally make a stop at Wawa or 7-Eleven so everyone has a chance to:

• Use the restroom
• Get breakfast
• Buy snacks
• Buy drinks
• Pick up anything they may need for the day

After the stop, we continue toward Miami.

SOUTH BEACH

We normally arrive in South Beach around 9:00–10:00 AM, depending on traffic, stops, and road conditions.

Once we arrive, you are free to enjoy the beach or explore the surrounding South Beach area.

We normally set up a group tent and speaker on the beach, so you can hang out with the group or explore Miami on your own.

Whether you want to swim, relax, take pictures, shop, or grab something to eat, you’ll have time to enjoy South Beach.

WHERE TO GO IN SOUTH BEACH

Ocean Drive is one of the most popular areas in South Beach and is located right along the beach.

You’ll find:

• Restaurants
• Bars
• Hotels
• Outdoor dining
• Places to take pictures
• Plenty of people walking around throughout the day

Collins Avenue is another great area for shopping, restaurants, hotels, and exploring more of Miami Beach.

If you’re looking for potentially less expensive food or shopping options, check out Washington Avenue.

Prices around Ocean Drive can be higher because it’s one of the main tourist areas, so it’s worth checking other nearby streets.

Lincoln Road is another popular area with shops, restaurants, outdoor dining, and places to walk around if you want a break from the beach.

SOUTH BEACH IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Alcohol is not allowed on the beach.

Do not bring alcoholic drinks onto the sand. Miami Beach police may enforce beach alcohol restrictions.

Guests who are 21 or older can purchase alcoholic beverages at licensed nearby restaurants and bars, but alcoholic drinks should not be taken onto the beach.

Always ask how much something costs before ordering.

Restaurants, drinks, beach rentals, and other services in the tourist areas of South Beach can be expensive.

Make sure you understand the price before ordering or agreeing to purchase anything.

WYNWOOD ARTS DISTRICT

After enjoying South Beach, our next stop is the Wynwood Arts District.

Wynwood is one of Miami’s most popular art and entertainment neighborhoods, known for its massive murals, colorful street art, restaurants, shops, and amazing photo locations.

It’s a great place to walk around, take pictures, grab something to eat, and experience a different side of Miami.

While in Wynwood, you can:

• Walk around the art district
• Check out the colorful murals
• Visit the Wynwood Walls attraction if you choose to purchase admission
• Take pictures
• Eat at nearby restaurants
• Shop
• Explore the surrounding neighborhood

Wynwood Walls admission, if purchased, is separate from your trip ticket.

FORT LAUDERDALE NIGHTLIFE – MUNCHIES

At 8:00 PM, we leave Miami and head to Fort Lauderdale for the final stop of our experience — Munchies in the Las Olas area!

Las Olas is one of Fort Lauderdale’s popular dining and nightlife areas, known for restaurants, bars, lounges, music, and an energetic atmosphere.

After a day at the beach and exploring Wynwood, it’s time to change out of your beach clothes and get ready for a night out.

Our stop at Munchies gives everyone a chance to experience Fort Lauderdale nightlife before we head back to Orlando.

MUNCHIES – AGE REQUIREMENTS

Munchies is planned as an 18-and-up club stop.

You must be at least 18 years old to enter, subject to the venue’s admission rules for the event.

Everyone must bring a valid government-issued photo ID.

Guests must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol.

MUNCHIES – DRESS CODE

YOU MUST BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES FOR THE CLUB.

Remember, we are spending the day at South Beach before going to Munchies.

Do not plan on going to the club wearing your swimsuit, wet beach clothes, or beachwear.

Munchies has a dress code, so bring a separate outfit that is appropriate for a nightclub.

We recommend bringing clean, stylish clothes and appropriate shoes for the evening.

Entry is at the club’s discretion, and guests who do not meet the dress code may be denied admission.

Pack your club outfit before leaving Orlando. There may not be an opportunity to return home or purchase clothing before the nightlife stop.

MUNCHIES – EVENTBRITE TICKETS & COVER CHARGE

EVERYONE PLANNING TO ENTER MUNCHIES MUST RESERVE A TICKET THROUGH EVENTBRITE IN ADVANCE.

Your Miami + Fort Lauderdale Experience ticket covers transportation, but does not include admission to Munchies.

There is a cover charge for club admission.

However, guests who are 21 or older may be eligible for complimentary entry if they reserve an eligible Eventbrite ticket early.

Complimentary entry is not guaranteed. It may depend on ticket availability, arrival time, and the venue’s admission policies.

Guests ages 18–20 should expect to pay the applicable cover charge.

We strongly recommend reserving your Eventbrite ticket as early as possible and reviewing the ticket details, admission requirements, and any complimentary-entry conditions.

Important: An Eventbrite reservation does not override the venue’s age restrictions, dress code, capacity limits, or other admission policies.

LEAVING MUNCHIES – 2:00 AM SHARP

After enjoying the nightlife in Fort Lauderdale, we will begin our trip back to Orlando.

THE TRANSPORTATION LEAVES MUNCHIES AT 2:00 AM SHARP.

Everyone must return to the designated pickup location before 2:00 AM and be ready to depart.

Departure times are strict, and we cannot hold the transportation for guests who arrive late.

If you miss the transportation, you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation back to Orlando.

The drive back to Orlando takes several hours, so be prepared for a late-night ride and an early-morning arrival.

WHAT TO BRING

This is a full-day and late-night trip, so make sure you bring everything you may need for the entire experience.

We recommend bringing:

• Swimsuit
• Beach towel
• Sunscreen
• A separate outfit for Munchies
• Appropriate shoes for the club
• Change of clothes after the beach
• Deodorant and personal hygiene items
• Water
• Money or a card for food, shopping, and club admission
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Your Eventbrite reservation for Munchies
• Phone charger or portable charger
• Hoodie, jacket, sweatpants, blanket, or something warm for the bus

BRING WARM CLOTHES FOR THE BUS

Even though we’re going to Miami and Fort Lauderdale, where it may be hot outside, the bus can get very cold.

The A/C stays on during the trip, and the drive between Orlando and South Florida is several hours each way.

Bring a hoodie, jacket, sweatpants, blanket, or something warm for the ride.

Do not assume beach clothes will be enough for the bus.

We strongly recommend bringing something warm for both the trip to Miami and the late-night ride back to Orlando.

TRIP SCHEDULE

• 4:00 AM: Flamingo West pickup – 7-Eleven
• 4:30 AM: Flamingo East pickup – Starbucks near Domino’s
• 9:00–10:00 AM: Estimated arrival at South Beach
• During the day: Enjoy South Beach, Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue, Washington Avenue, and Lincoln Road
• Later in the day: Explore Wynwood Arts District
• 8:00 PM: Leave Miami and head to Munchies in Fort Lauderdale
• Evening: Enjoy Fort Lauderdale nightlife at Munchies
• 2:00 AM: Leave Munchies and begin the drive back to Orlando
• Early morning: Estimated return to Orlando, depending on traffic and road conditions

All arrival times are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, parking, stops, and other circumstances. Guests will be informed of designated meeting locations and any schedule updates.

THE RIDE

Transportation may be provided using a party van, shuttle, party bus, charter bus, or similar vehicle, depending on attendance and availability.

This is a long trip with an early departure and a late-night return, so come prepared to relax and enjoy the ride.

Guests must follow transportation safety rules and the driver’s instructions throughout the trip.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Arrive early for your Orlando pickup.
• Bring everything you need for the beach and the club.
• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Reserve your Munchies ticket separately through Eventbrite.
• Be prepared for a club cover charge.
• Guests 21+ may qualify for complimentary club entry with an eligible early Eventbrite reservation.
• Follow the club’s dress code.
• Be back at the designated pickup location before the 2:00 AM departure.
• Bring something warm for the ride home.
