🌅 DEPARTURE – ORLANDO
• 8:00 AM Boarding Begins
• Pickup Location: Flamingo Crossings 7-Eleven ONLY
• Bus departs at 8:10 AM sharp
⚠️ Please arrive early. The bus will leave on time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
🌴 ARRIVAL TO ANNA MARIA ISLAND
• Estimated arrival around 10:30 AM depending on traffic conditions
🛒 PUBLIX STOP
• Quick stop at Publix to grab food, drinks, beach supplies, snacks, ice, and sunscreen
🏖️ MANATEE BEACH
• Head to Manatee Beach after Publix
• Enjoy the beach throughout the day

⚠️ If guests do not purchase food or snacks during the Publix stop, they should plan on purchasing food at Manatee Beach before heading to the private beach area later in the evening.
⚠️ Alcohol is NOT permitted everywhere on the beach. Please follow all local beach laws and designated drinking areas.
🌅 SUNSET & PRIVATE BEACH AREA
• Around 6:00 PM we will head to a quieter private beach area to relax and watch the sunset
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
• No public restrooms in this area
• No food or drink vendors nearby
• Guests should bring any snacks or drinks they may want beforehand
• Please bring water for the private beach stop since there are no nearby facilities available
🚌 RETURN TO ORLANDO
• 8:00 PM Boarding Begins
• Bus departs at approximately 8:10 PM after sunset viewing
• Optional stop for food on the drive back
• Expected Orlando arrival: approximately 10:30 PM – 11:00 PM depending on traffic
